Classic Medical continues to offer after sales service to our customers both new and old. This includes but is not limited to the models of Esaote and Pie Medical: SC560, 400/450, 480, 200, 240, Parus, 485 Anser, 100S, 100LC, 100 Falco, Aquila and 50S Tringa , printers probes, and more. Preventative Maintenance:
The factory recommends your unit should be serviced annually. Classic Medical Service has a low cost/competetive program for this maintenance.
• Calibrate system to factory specifications
• Check for loose contacts and wires
• Replace internal batteries
• Check and clean screens and filters.
• Clean system

Service and Parts:
Helping the customer save money is a big part of service in Classic Medical. Instead of replacement parts we can usually repair the original board or electronics module at a fraction of the cost. We offer factory replacement parts, our new and improved aftermarket parts or warrantied refurbished parts. All units are evaluated and repaired after consulting and discussing options with the owner. There are no surprises.

Repair Warranty:
A 90 days warranty is given on all performed repairs and service.

A Time to Upgrade:
When your system is in for service or maintenance, we would be happy to provide a trade in evaluation/estimate.
