TeraVision shows improved image quality compared with conventional ultrasound, primarily because of reduction of speckle, clutter, and other acoustic artifacts. TeraVision imaging can provide improved contrast resolution and tissue differentiation that is beneficial for imaging the abdomen, peripheral blood vessels, and musculoskeletal injuries.
