These improved aftermarket probes can be distinguished by a blue colored scan surface. These new parts have improved specifications and are more sensitive, producing more image details and a clearer picture. |

Sub-D back end cable
|
Sub-D back end cable: This veterinary rectal transducer has a 4 row sub-D connector that is plugged into the ultrasound scanner. The new cable is one complete assembly. The cable is 7mm diameter that makes it more durable, and prevents easy bending and less wear and tear. Inside the metal housing is a strip of dip-switches, which must be set depending on the probe type. Copy the settings from your old cable onto the new cable. $995.00 |

56el scan head: This rectal scan head replaces the old Scanner models 560, 400 and 450. The scan head is an improved re-design, which has a blue colored scan surface. Tringa cap
|
Tringa scanning window dome / cap: This new design has a transparent cap, which has better acoustic specifications then the original. The material is stronger because of the combination of an aluminum threaded back and a smaller, less fragile, acoustic window. This repair cannot be performed by end-users, but parts are available for authorized repair stations. All probes need an oil change, new o-rings and seals. We use a vacuum to ensures no air bubbles stay trapped inside. $795.00 |

Housing rebuild kit
|
Tringa hand-grip: Most transducers that are returned for service need a replacement hand grip. Either the intense use of gel and oil softened the old rubber grip or the wear and tear damaged the soft rubber. The new design gives a better grip and is easier to clean. Refurbished battery packs: All batteries are subject to aging and therefor over time, loose charging capacity. Returned battery packs will be opened, old batteries will be replaced, and the pack is sealed again.
